The superior queen room we were given had central heating, an iron, and a coffee/tea maker. Got the view of garden. The location was super and perfect, so close to the center of Roma with bus and Metro, restaurants, grocery, very quiet fabulous hosts that go above-and-beyond to accommodate and a supermarket to buy essentials. Plus, it was 10 minutes drive by car from a hypogeum cemetery.

I got a perfect and clean room with private bathroom. A hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were a plus. The location was amazing, by beautiful nature and overlooking swimming pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, had 3 relaxing days here. The room was perfect and particularly good, included electric blankets. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

All in all, it was lovely place for travelling to Rome. The hotel has amazing and peaceful location very close to Appia Antica down to center of Rome as well as the centre.

The location was absolutely perfect and quiet, within walking distance of Catacombe di Pretestato. Spotless and impressive rooms had coffee/tea making equipment, a flat-screen television and ironing facilities.

We would recommend to anyone. Hotel was overlooking the garden, RELAXING experience. The host upon arrival was kind. A shared kitchen was included. The venue was minute walk from the bus station called Erode Attico.

The owner was wonderful! The accommodation is in the centre of the town. Local fast food option America Graffiti was 15 minutes walk away. This hotel is equal to 2 stars.
