Stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our choice. Got the same deluxe suite booked online with fresh towels and a second bedroom attached plus a terrace.

The location was decent, near a bus stop, so it was really easy to travel around.

The room was big size and what's more - included a bidet, toiletries, and dressing gowns. The hotel had a good location close to the centre. Besides, we were not far from bars, and a nice area that felt safe with a choice of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Stayed in huge twin/double room with a second bedroom attached, a terrace, for instance. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal in the perfect area.

Hotel's location was marvellous and excellent as it was really close to a bus stop. The room was extremely spacious, offered useful things, such as coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and a cooktop.

The employees were very welcoming and helpful.

I didn't find view, so was a little disappointed.

We had a big bedroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a big size bathroom. The staff there were nice and amicable.

It was perfectly clean and huge, good enough for holidays. A work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and television were standard, but I really enjoyed that. I booked a superior apartment for 3 nights and had a really comfortable stay. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were central heating, a work desk and tea/coffee making equipment available.

No complaint, the venue met expectations, recommend it. The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a good area, near the center as well as tram. All the staff was amazing and responsive, fixed my issues.
