Hotel Aventino

Excellent setting in the beautiful quiet area, just next door to the garden after battling the crowds at the tourist sights in the city, the better-known tourist areas, and the centre of all the wonderful chaos that is Rome. Delicious and fantastic breakfast selection for all tastes with home made cakes and Prosecco, for example.

The hotel had a residential location within walking distance of sites or easy access to metro. The breakfast was delicious and incredible and included.

Though everything was spotless, some of the staff were pushy.

A small hotel with lovely food. Modern and silent room with character, pleasant staff. A safe, a mini bar, and central heating - very useful.

The room was air-conditioned and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet, that's cool.

Amazing and gorgeous location, 3 km from city centre. Besides, easy to get to Sainsbury's. Silent room with a bath, a functional bathroom plus a terrace unbeatable for £ 119.

The location is stunning, to colliseum. Plus, this hotel is very close to a hill in Rome, a very quiet, green, pretty residential area, away from city centre hustle and bustle, and the train station.

The breakfast was incredible and the room was silent. Location: the hotel was just next door to the business/shopping district as well as a residential area. In the restaurant they served Roman cuisine dishes.

The units are functional, stylish with a bath. No complains at all, I couldn't recommend more staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed the incredible breakfast. The room was new-fashioned, with a huge bed and balcony, slept really well.

The position was great, restaurants and a circus are near the hotel. There was a renowned restaurant, a market and shops next door.

The hotel was charming small and pretty standard, really enjoyed street view from our queen room. The location was stunning and lovely close to everything and met expectations. Further, it was close to tourist sites and public transport systems, a nice and peaceful residential area, and metro and buses.

Location: the venue was just off other means of collective transportation, the main touristic places in and located in a beautiful.

Romantic fairly clean property, it has amazing friendly staff at the reception desk. The restaurant food is gorgeous, and the breakfast offered is delicious and incredible with Prosecco and home made cakes, for instance. The location is residential, next to a seafood restaurant, Colleseum, Forum, Palatine, John in Laterns, Baths of Caracalla and Testaccio, the Circo Massimo metro station and the Colosseum/Roman Forum. Again, a historical church is just around the corner.

The location was magnificent because it was not far from a wonderful quiet, green residential area and the colosseum and other attraction. The breakfast offered a good choice of gorgeous meals.

The location of the hotel was central, really close to the centre of all the main sites as well as the main square. Pleasant team, they made me feel welcome. Booked twin room, that included a safe, a mini bar and central heating.

the service was absolutely excellent. we had the classic triple room provided with a huge bed and a terrace plus the balcony. the location was marvellous, at a walking distance from an ancient roman circus.

aventine hill was placed in direct proximity. if you don't want to go far from the hotel, try consolini, which is 700 ft away. we strongly recommend the property. we loved aventino.
