The place was nice, no complains at all, would be happy to recommend. The breakfast had lots of coffee, tea, milk, cookies and jam. Our rooms were modern and perfect with a kettle in the apartment. Location: the hotel was not far from a residential area, nice courtyard and about a 20 minute walk to the Vatican City area, the central railway station Termini, and public transport, supermarkets and great restaurants & cafes. Had brunch in the Piergiovanni, located nearby.

The staff is affable and polite, and the owner too. The double room overlooks city and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The price is £ 46.
