B&B Smart Rooms

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was a nice size and tastefully decorated. Very central location right by the city center for the price, all attractions and very friendly staff and the Termini in Rome, it was in a fairly quiet area. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Central district.

The place was clean and staff was very amiable. The food was good, included cookies, pastries, and yoghourt. We had a good stay at this small hotel.

The staff were helpful and excellent and offered guidance.

The breakfast had something for everyone - tea, milk, cookies, eggs, and cheese. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Staff were helpful, atmosphere was unique, it had magnificent location right by the underground and the bus system, and train station. The bed was soft, the room was airy and beautifully maintained with private bathroom. No reason to complain, really enjoyed this place and totally recommend.

It made our trip to Rome an enjoyable experience. It was clean and the staff were affable, beds were big.

stayed in a bright room that was kept clean. the breakfast was healthy and delicious with cookies and hard boiled eggs, paying attention to little details.

Thoroughly enjoyed the king room with private bathroom, felt like we were home.

The check in was very quick, the room was big with private bath. The setting was incredible, short walk to train station, shopping, eating, and colosseum as well as all the main attractions in Rome. There was Broast nearby to grab something to eat.

Absolutely perfect location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. It was in a downtown area, near a bus station. The breakfast here was healthy with hard boiled eggs and pastries and cookies.

The staff is amicable, the breakfast delicious, the location is amazing not far from nightlife as well as transportation options. The room is a nice size and tastefully decorated and with central heating, an ironing set and coffee/tea making facilities...

All is good, I had a nice trip. The staff are affable, and the host too. The ambiance is UNIQUE. Overall the room is bright, airy and includes an electric kettle, an air conditioning and a personal safe. It boasts a marvellous location; close enough to the terminal, several restaurants around the area and Colosseum for example. There is nearby Broast to grab some food for the dinner.

Nicely decorated and quiet rooms with private bathrooms and a coffee maker and a washing machine. Electric blankets and feather pillows, soft bed. Magnificent location in the centre of the city, in the fairly quiet area. Besides, easy to get to Roma Termini railway.

This hotel was good home base for exploring Rome, appreciated it. Comfortable bed, we slept like babies. Gracious hostess running the property...

The location was good, with Nuova Stella nearby. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was wonderful. Suitable place for city trip in Rome. Nothing beats being in smart bb.
