Overall, it's excellent base for exploring Rome attractions. The units are cosy, new-fashioned. You will find central heating, an electronic key card and a TV:)))

We think it's a good base for staying in Rome. It has excellent location to see Bologna. The area is pretty quiet not far from restaurants as well as shops...

the room was modern and had air conditioner, an electronic key card and a tv set as pictured in advertising. pleased it had a bath. the staff was excellent, as well as host.

All in all, it was reasonable base for travelling to Rome. The room was cosy and clean, had essentials, like a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. The location was marvellous - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.
