Spotlessly clean place accompanied by cooperative staff. Fab food, coffee, fresh bread, cereal, and cheese.

The location was unbeatable, close to university area, bus / tram stops, and the restaurant. Also, it was 5 mins drive from Colnbrook West.

Well-maintained hotel located in a secure area short walk to Tiburtina train station, metro and good restaurants and the railway stations and bus/tram stops. A wide range of options for breakfast including fresh bread, cereal, and cheese. Good sized room with nice views, coffee and an air conditioner. Absolutely courteous staff, fast check-in and superb bar. Overall quiet atmosphere.

Extremely small room.

It has absolutely perfect and magnificent location next to city center, restaurants and shops and main tourist area of Rome. Nomentano district deserves your time and attention.

It was in a comfortable and magnificent location with The Grave of a Nazi Dog nearby. The staff turned out to be helpful and attentive. I ate at a very clean restaurant for evening meals.

I didn't find breakfast, so was a little disappointed.

Having breakfast with fresh bread, cereal, and cheese was a nice bonus. Particularly good location, it was minutes from a tube station. There were commercial centres and a shopping area around the hotel.

Incredibly comfortable setting, so close to Metro + major attractions as well as the tram which is oppsite the metro station.

Fast check-in, late check-out. Big size rooms with new furniture, good free WiFi and balconies and wonderful breakfast. Marvellous and decent location close to the subway station, and over the road from a bus that takes 5 minutes to get yo Rome Termini, and exceptional service.

The hotel was fairly clean, reasonably spacious. This property was good value, I think. The room was perfectly clean with balconies with a very comfy bed. Tried FABULOUS breads, cereals, and cheese. The service was excellent. Wake up service and ironing were provided for free.

Everything was great at this good basic hotel. We had double room with a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron.

Really enjoyed the location adjacent to the restaurant. Found a place called Osteria Ancora Qua, set a minute walk from the hotel, ate there a few times. Good value contrasted with other options, had a good stay for a business trip.

The breakfast is tasty with yogurt with barista coffee available, scrambled egg, yogurt, had everything you could imagine.

Good value, everything was excellent and the staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly polite. Really enjoyed the immaculately clean room with a well separated bathroom. The location was perfect - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. They recommended a very clean restaurant for evening meals.

Breakfast was savoury, nice views, decent location near buses in Rome, the public clinic, and the bus station towards Vatican and city centre. There was a great bar on site. Had a real good stay for the holidays, good value.

Fairly clean and gorgeous place and the breakfast was perfect and very very good. The rooms were big size and complete with bedroom, fantastic balcony, for example. Location of hotel was marvellous and decent and the shuttle from the airport was a big plus. Also, an art gallery was 3 km away.

Had a very very good stay for the holidays. The breakfast was tasty with many options and had lots of food. The staff was cooperative, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Piazza Bologna was perfect.

The bathrooms are very small.

My room was air-conditioned and bright and had a safe box, central heating and an iron. The atmosphere created was quiet. You could leave a car nearby. Tiburtino district was worth staying in;)))
