Best Western Plus Hotel Universo

Clean and relaxing place with very welcoming staff at the reception desk. A busy area, great location near to Close to main train / subway station as well as which was very stark. Plus, walking distance to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The breakfast was savoury and great affordable except for the coffee and the food was lovely!

I asked for comfort king room and it was decent size with very comfortable beds. I was offered a warm breakfast except for the coffee.

Beautifully designed venue, amazing location very close to shops within walking distance, the city centre walkable distances to the main points of attraction in Rome, and the national Rome museum, churches and colosseum, loved our stay.

Everything was very good, exceptional service, ideal location close enough to so many main attractions, and the euro central railways. The staff was pleasant and the room was newly decorated, we had a really nice experience. Plenty of food at the nice hot and large breakfast.

The hotel has wonderful location and enthusiastic staff in front of 2 staff members.

We didn't have time, but we would stay there again. All in all everything was really good, had a really nice stay for our last night in Roma. This was a great location really close to Spanish steps and Pantheon areas and Spanish Steps, which was very stark. Found time to see Monti, that's not very far from the property.

Very knowledgeable staff, large breakfast, fantastic location short walk to the hop on/hop off buses, location : very near many restos, and Bus Stops. Comfortable bedroom. Had exceptional a terrace, a nice balcony, and a small mini fridge. Such a just perfect stay on vacation.

Overall an amazing stay for caring service and guest oriented service for yourself. Clean place and great and lovely location. Huge, updated unit with comfortable beds, and courteous stuff.

The location is marvellous and they have parking close to the hotel. Make sure to get comfort king room with a balcony, a very good bathroom plus surprisingly good.

It's spotless with really pretty bathrooms. Glad to have a seating area, a mini-bar, and a safe box.

Well, it was a really nice stay for 4 nights. We had amazing and tasty breakfasts except for the coffee. The hotel had a very central position just next door to main attractions and Terminal eateries and key tourist locations like Collaseum, Trevi Fountain.

The place was perfect and had extremely friendly staff in front of 2 staff members, loved the stay. The junior suite we stayed in was good-sized with a mezzanine bedroom. They recommended a very nice restaurant for breakfast.

Tbh Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was a little hard.

Outstandingly accommodating and affable staff, they smile all the time.

The location was good as it was close to restaurants and pubs. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

Luxury classy place, it has marvellous and lovely location short walk to all the sightseeing attractions and Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps. Comfort king room is newly renovated, has a luxury bathroom.

The hotel offers astonishing meal in the morning with excellent value at 5 euros, bacon and eggs and every taste. All the staff members are always polite and accommodating. We would stay here again for a very nice experience.

Had an amazing stay during our trip. We ate at a GREAT restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was decent sized and it had a double shower and a bidet for our convenience.

Had a very nice stay which made our holiday very comfortable, glad I've chosen it. Got new-fashioned comfort triple room with double bed when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The staff were attentive and the facilities were good. The location was incredible, to Roma Termini train station, convenient to go everywhere. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

The venue is fairly large and fairly clean with a reasonable value and enthusiastic and courteous stuff. They care about guests, offer outstanding service and shuttle to the airport. Besides, parking is close to the hotel.

Our stay here was really amazing, great place for exploring Rome. We appreciated junior suite provided with very comfortable bed and big bathrooms plus selection of pillows. The folks working here were accommodating. Late check-out was useful.

The place was perfect, we enjoyed it. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. Furthermore, the area was good. We had a wonderful stay in a long time.

Exquisite and clean place with welcoming staff in front of 2 staff members. Easy to get to, perfect location very close to the Termini station, all attractions and Piazza Venezia and Fontana Di Trevi. Again, walking distance to Roma Termini railway. Early check-in, late check-out.

It was neat, with a safe, a minibar and central heating. The location was peaceful and best possible for walking around National Museum of Rome.

The superior king room we were given had tea/coffee making equipment, multi-channel television and a writing table...

We were really close to such places as vatican city. Good sized rooms. Fulvimari Loreto was set 5 minutes walk away;))
