The property was fairly clean and staff was amicable and great. The room they gave us was cosy and warm with balcony as well as soft mattresses. Its location not too far away from Nice was absolutely perfect and magnificent. The restaurants were great and for every budget.

fairly clean venue with convenient location in center of rome. location next to the river, ponte milvio, and rome's city centre. pleasant experience there.
