everything was very good, incredible location short walk to a residential area, the airport weeks in advance, and rome city centre, lovely experience. the breakfast was varied and sensational and had a huge variety of meals. everyone was courteous and helpful as well as owner.

The room was new-fashioned and I had a varied breakfast. The staff were courteous and provided help. Their food was fresh with lots of meals. I recommend the place.
