The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a good area, close enough to lots of great food as well as enough good restaurants. The room was perfect and silent, included with hair dryer, twin beds which were very comfortable plus including an air conditioner. The location was marvellous for walking around Borghese Gallery and Museum: D

My favourite property in Rome. Breakfast with yoghurt, juice and toast. Location right by the nearest metro stop, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and enough good restaurants and bars close by. Also, very close to the beautiful Borghese gardens.

Thank you for an enjoyable stay. We think it's an excellent place for staying in Rome. The stuff is excellent and amicable, as well as owner. The location is great and quiet, just a pleasant stroll away from Piazza di Spagna. It's in the safe area really close to the Borghese gardens, quiet and safe streets, lots of great food & drink options nearby which is another bonus.

We have booked guest room with OVERALL NICE facilities. The location was marvellous and good - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go.
