The hotel's location was marvellous to the cruise port in Civitacheccia. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with homemade treats, the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY.

We were there for a holiday and had a such wonderful stay. The room was stylish, huge with hypoallergenic pillows. Loved flexible check-in and late check-out. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

My room was a nice size with fresh towels provided, separate beds, necessary aircon.

It was in a the best location with Church Street nearby. There was a huge variety of restaurants and bars nearby. The bedroom was a nice size and beautifully presented.

All good.

In general the service was terrific. Spent here 1 great day and would return anytime.

Stayed in fashionable junior suite with clean towels and bathroom plus separate beds. The staff were efficient and amicable day and night.

The location of the hotel was great, to all places of interest. It was also short walk to most tourist attractions and great restaurants, all major sites Florence has to offer and very good dining options nearby.

The location was comfortable, close to the city center 10 minutes walking, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was short walk to all the excellent restaurants and sights, the church, and the trams rattling past.

Had 1 night in Rome, spending our time here lovely. Overall it was beautifully presented for a third bed. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware worked well. We greatly enjoyed it and would be happy to recommend to anyone!

Nice place for a holiday with free wi-fi. Big room, a hair dryer, a bidet and complimentary toiletries in the room. The location in the heart of the city.

The magnificent and lovely location was not too far from Galleria Spada. This hotel was in a very vibrant area.

The junior suite overlooks city and includes an electric kettle, refrigerators and glassware. The bathroom is compact and the bed is comfortable...

The location was marvellous and incredible, within easy walking distance of an ancient open-air theatre. Was in a great area and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The room was elegant and immaculate and that was excellent.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Rome, had much fun. All the staff was welcoming and greeted us warmly.

Everything was amazing, personnel was welcoming and accommodating. The place had an elegant atmosphere. Asked for the twin room and it was ready when we arrived. The restaurant was good and offered appetising dishes.

It deserves its 2 stars. Spotless hotel with absolutely comfy beds!

We went to pizzeria ai marmi, located minutes away from the hotel, to have some dinner. Room was great value for money. Honestly nothing too much trouble...
