The location was marvellous and magnificent, close to a bustling produce market. The staff helped us with luggage.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

The atmosphere created was quiet. Location: the hotel was close to many authentic restaurants, most attractions with exception of coliseum and a very cute cafe where locals come on the daily. Didn't like when it was very hot outside, went to I Pizzicaroli to relax and grab some food.

The location was perfect and excellent - ease of access to Piazza Navona. Plus the hotel was not far from restaurants and bars. Nicely furnished units with the bedroom, TV, fridge, and the staff were helpful. Having a hairdryer, a bidet and a shower cap was a bonus:)))

The staff were helpful and excellent, with extra attention to the details. There were an electric kettle, a fridge and air conditioner in the room, loved that. Free Wi-Fi was GOOD and the service was good.
