Most of the staff were amiable and accommodating. The location was central, handy close to bars and restaurants. It was also adjacent to the metro station.

double room i stayed at was spotlessly clean with private bathroom. all the staff were really helpful, affable. the location was handy and comfortable, very close to museo nazionale romano. btw, went to city centre, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
