They offer beautiful, brand-new rooms with a kitchenette. Tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator are a nice touch...

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a nice enough area, close enough to all major attractions, a coffee shop with staff who were n't particularly friendly and the airport. The location was super - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Central district was worth staying in.
