The double room overlooks courtyard and includes coffee & tea makers and refrigerators. The hotel's location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, near to many restaurants, the main train/bus station and a nice quiet area. Esquilino district deserves to be explored.

Newly remodelled queen room with bathroom, airco and kitchen. Lots of options for breakfast including coffee, croissants, and toast. Great and stunning location for Rome, adjacent to 10 minutes walk to termini station, especially Colesseum and Roman Forum and the restaurant.

the hotel is clean, with excellent personal, and offers particularly good and unbeatable location just off main attractions, a metro station and the centre. the building is beautiful old and the rooms are neat with bathroom, a/c, as example.

The location was great and perfect, very close to an underground station, if you need it. We were 200 metres away from Panella, that offered quick meals. Maisonette was neat and recently renovated with big bathroom

Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this cheap hotel. Very close to an underground station, the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect. There were a local supermarket and supermarkets around the property.
