Well-maintained and fully-equipped units in private bathroom, we really enjoyed it.

The property was clean and beautiful. Reasonably large units with aircon as well as TV. Welcoming and incredibly nice staff always on hand. Fabulous food, especially lovely and nice breakfast. Marvellous and incredible location not far from train station, the centre of Rome and the center, could not be better. A wide range of food options at a medium distance from the venue. Generally the service was marvellous. The early check-in.

Our well-maintained and very affordable room had views over street. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shampoo and a soap. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of an Oppian hill. There was a pleasant restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

We stayed here before, always decent sized rooms with a balcony.

Large room with private bathroom and double glazed windows and a storage. Welcoming personnel and great and fantastic location near the colosseum. And adjacent to metro and coliseum and the main areas: Colosseum, metro station, train station, overall-great stay.

Incredibly beautiful and clean place with pretty friendly and accommodating staff. Central location, at a short distance from a monumental cathedral. Positioned in the downtown area, short walk to cool bars to see the way people party there and restaurants to try the local dishes. Quiet atmosphere and authentic bar.

Original accommodation with fantastic setting close to Termini train station, the centre of Rome and that area of Rome. Gorgeous and good breakfast — variety of meals.

The staff was FLEXIBLE, the breakfast was lovely, everything was good. Had air conditioned, decent size room that was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The location in a beautiful old area was good and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Having different soft drinks in the authentic bar was a very nice touch.

Clean and well priced place, good breakfast with a huge variety of options. Outstanding service from the incredibly friendly, attentive stuff members. A huge variety of fab options for meal. Good location also close to there subway, in the beautiful old area. Again, not far from a Roman Catholic minor basilica.

The location is amazing, 1 km from an oval amphitheatre. The staff ensures you have a perfect 10/10 time, they are attentive and particularly helpful. The units were beautifully maintained and fully-equipped in private bathroom.

A little rude staff!

The hotel was in an unbeatable location, close to the main attractions. The breakfast included coffee and yoghourt. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was marvellous.

it was a great place to stay in rome. our rooms were functional and neat with a balcony, aircon, for instance. the location seemed great and incredible close to the metro stations. there was an authentic bar. overall the service was outstanding. early check-in was a bonus. we had an excellent stay at this small hotel.

Actually everything was cool, my next choice again in Rome. It was clean, staff was service-oriented. The room was a nice size, included hypoallergenic pillows. The breakfast was gorgeous with a wide range of dishes to choose from...

The room was big and the location was GOOD in the safe area. Appreciated being within walking distance of vittorio emanuele subway station. The restaurant was located within 300 feet.

We would come here again, this hotel met standard. The venue was quiet, had very good staff and location. Rione Monti district certainly deserves to be visited.
