Tidy place in European style with all necessary facilities.

Everything was really good and met the criteria. It was reasonably priced, compared to other small hotels.

The staff were extremely helpful people at the reception desk, and the location was perfect. Our room was large and complete with a luxurious bathroom.

Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Tidy and lovely small place. Brand-new, neat unit with clean nice bathroom, the balcony plus terrace. Nice food, very supportive and professional staff at the reception desk. Easy check in and late check out.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The location was best possible and peaceful, short walk to all main sites, the most famous shopping street in Rome about 1.5km to the cosmopolytan quart Trastevere where the best bars and tratorias are, and original Italian restaurants rather than "touristic " managements.

Would stay here again without hesitation, loved our really good stay here. Quadruple room is large, has a marble bathroom. The bed is great, slept really good! All of the hotel's staff are very professional.

Central location was a plus. Our rooms were brand-new and neat with dryer, the balcony, as example.

Great and unbeatable location - not far from sites by walk or taxi and the most famous shopping street in Rome about 1.5km to the cosmopolytan quart Trastevere where the best bars. King room with comfy beds, lovely terrace plus dryer.

Internet connection was weak.

Neat and absolutely perfect units with good climate control, terrace, for example, and the staff were accommodating.

The place deserved 4 stars. Satisfactory breakfast, best ever had, with sweet croissants, great coffee plus pastries. The bedroom was tidy and individual.

Every time we stay in Rome, like to stay here. In overall, the place is charming small, has experienced staff at the reception desk. The units are reasonably large with 4 beds.

The units are new-fashioned, wonderful with comfortable bed, the balcony, as for instance. The location is good, relatively near Castel Sant'angelo Castle. The restaurant is pretty good and the food is gorgeous.

This hotel met requirements! By and large, it was lovely small place with amicable staff at the reception desk. The location was particularly good and perfect, not too far from Piazza Cavour.

Wonderful little and neat place. Easy check-in, late check-out. Not to mention public parking nearby. Best possible and quiet location, just close to Piazza Cavour. Really nice restaurant and fine meal.

I came here for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The food was delicious with lots of options. The room I booked was individual and new-fashioned with a great view and washing machine as expected.

Stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave there. The breakfast with pastries, great cappuccino and sweet croissants was good, you'll find what you need. Its location was best possible, almost close to everything xxx, and in a very very nice area. Again, the hotel was minutes walk to Mausoleum of Hadrian.

They offer modern, individual rooms with terrace and dryer plus a great view. The location is very central.

There were great beds and a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar in the superior queen room. The bathroom was luxury with a bath.

Overall it is a friendly hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was amazing close to tourist area. The breakfast is satisfactory, available with sweet croissants and pastries and great coffee. The service is nice, includes secure parking.

Our room was a nice size with a great view, dryer and terrace. Best possible location and professional staff were a definite plus. Also, Castel Sant'angelo Castle was around the corner.

A wide range of food for breakfast, which was fine to satisfy everyone. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a center of the city and Roma Termini. Also, it was just 1 km to an iconic temple.

The place was clean, I booked the king room with city views, everything was very good. The hotel staff were superbly friendly and incredibly kind. The breakfast offered a wide array of options and was satisfactory. The location was particularly good and lovely, by answering questions & arranging taxis, and the bed extremely comfy.

Particularly good view from my cosy room. Lovely beds, perfect after a long day in Rome. Location so close to the historical sights, Trevi, and all important tourist sites.

we ate at sambamaki prati, which is only 400 ft away, it suited our needs. comfortable base for discovering rome. the airport is 12 miles away. we will be back as the hotel met our requirements.

Diplomatic was a perfect hotel for us. The property is within a walking distance of via del corso
