My small double room was air-conditioned and neat. The location was particularly good in a really quiet area, really close to the tube station, and the Colosseum and other landmarks.

It was brilliant stay, I didn't want to leave and will choose it for sure next trip. Spotlessly clean and modern place and the breakfast was great.

Beautifully designed and modern accommodation with convenient setting adjacent to all important monuments from Rome center, the outskirts of the historical centre and the Colosseum and other landmarks. Very clean bed in queen room with a sofa set and a phone.

The hotel's location was great, so close to Roman Forum, and a Metro station. Particularly nice breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed the place where it was. A balcony, soundproof windows, and a chair in my king room were useful during the stay during my visit.

The breakfast was very good and had lots of food. The location near an ancient aqueduct in the Porta Maggiore in Rome was unbeatable for us.

Original and fairly clean place to stay in, it has fantastically friendly and amicable staff on the reception desk. It offers good location near to which is the nearest subway stop and the lovely garden. Esquilino district is worth your attention.

I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with good showers, hairdryer and a double bed. The breakfast was great with a huge variety of cheap food. The location was particularly good and incredible as for me, so close to the trams and buses, a romantic getaway and bus stops.

We had a small queen room, which was modern and brand-new. The bed was very clean, used sound-proofed windows, a couch, and a telephone. The location was lovely, near Larger Gate.

The venue is fairly clean, with amazing location very close to a quiet neighbourhood, transport and restaurants and all important monuments from Rome center. Its rooms are well-organised and neat, had a relaxing stay on vacation.

Well, it was a PLEASANT stay during my visit. All the staff was very competent and attentive, resolved my issues.

The attentive staff provided all the necessary info. Location: the hotel was near restaurants and bars, an unlicensed taxi, and the Colosseum. Central district was definitely worth visiting.

My must haves' are a comfortably furnished, air-conditioned room with a double bed, safe, for example.

The location is stunning, 2 km from Esquiline Hill. Make sure to get small double room with a table to sit at, safe, as example...

the room was spotless and i enjoyed the chic-style building. the amazing location was next to larger gate. the property was set in a very nice area.

Quiet and very clean place. Ottavio, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel.

We had the most special few days there. After the arrival, we met owner, who was helpful! Room was great value.

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

Just a walk down to Il Tempio di Minerva, where you can have lunch. Staff is very FRIENDLY.
