Everything was brand-new, personnel was really kind and amiable. The location was awesome - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel was in a lovely area short walk to the center of the shopping streets of Rome, the colosseum, and great restaurants. The staff helped with shuttle;)))

Hopefully the room was spotless with Nespresso machine and the amazing cleaner. The staff were helpful at all times, they helped us with check in.
