The venue has brand-new rooms with all necessities as well as exceptional bathroom and great and very kind staff. All in all they offer excellent service.

We were offered delicious breakfast options with the best barista made cappuccino and a beautiful view, for instance.

The room was well-appointed and well furnished with balcony, I felt comfortable there. The breakfast was fresh with the best barista made cappuccino, so much to pick from. Efficient staff who cared about me.

I was given guest room with an individual safe, air conditioner, and a mini-bar. The hotel was placed in the residential location in very comfortable area. Fast food restaurant Chicken Valley was located 5 minutes walk away.

Twin room was well-equipped with balcony, good value in comparison with other options. The location was peaceful and the services were excellent.

I appreciated staying in this quiet place. The single room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was good sized and nicely furnished with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious and great and included.

The location was peaceful and easy, close to the convenience store or tabacchi shop, really good restuarants and the Vatican and the St Peter's square, I enjoyed it. Had lunch/dinner at Albalou, which I found at a walking distance from the hotel.

It was new-fashioned, beautifully decorated and with a lovely view. The staff were great and absolutely perfect, and the services were excellent. The location of the property was great and fantastic, to the local train line.

The breakfasts are fresh made and great in the hotel, with cappuccino and a beautiful view and the best barista. New-fashioned rooms complete with great view and balcony plus large bathroom, attentive staff. The property's location is magnificent, so close to the trainstation as well as residential area. Vaticano Prati district deserves your time and attention.

Spent 1 night here with my wife, had a pleasant stay overall. Had the king room which was outstanding with a lovely view. The staff was best and lovely friendly, everything was really good. Residential location of this small hotel was a bonus.

The location offered was quiet close enough to restaurants and shops, the St Peter's square and the city center, which by boring on the second day.

Greatly enjoyed this small hotel: good food and amazingly nice and exceptionally pleasant staff. I asked for single room with a view of St Peter's, all necessities plus exceptional bathroom, had a really really nice stay. The location was great and easy, really close to the Vatican and Roman hotspots and Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish stairs and other attractions near by.

The location is excellent and absolutely perfect, 1 km from an independent city-state. It has very friendly, efficient staff.

What's more, it's in a very comfortable area not far from the surrounding area, a Carrefour Express which was handy to get cheap snacks and food and coffee shops. Comfy and fantastic accommodation with good setting right by the Vatican, coffee shops, restaurants, Forum, and train stop and Vatican area. Freshly prepared breakfasts, with beautiful view and really good coffee, as for instance. Attentive and best staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, I would stay here again. I didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, but everything was good. Cafeteria Pappagallo located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The bus stop was 500 metres away.
