The units are functional, brand-new. It has very helpful and efficient staff.

Tastefully decorated & fairly quiet unit with an extra pillow, boarded up window and the cupboard. Plenty of food at breakfast like croissants and slices of fresh bread.

Was an ideal base for trip. Overall had very special stay for six nights in a "beautiful converted convent ". Great-sized and well furnished units on the upper floors, we appreciated it. Location: the hotel was close to 850m from Rome termini train station, sights, shops, metro, and so on and a beautiful area. Besides, a public square was easily accessible.

There were croissants and bread for breakfast.

The room was slightly dark, for me personally.

We were in a twin room with a personal safe, air conditioner, and a mini-bar. Great very central location short walk to cafe, and the landmarks, restaurant and grocery store.

The location was marvellous and incredible very close to the downtown, close to the train station. It was modest, functional and with boarded up window.

It was a well priced place, had exceptional staff in both shift. Got the same good sized and well furnished double room with an even smaller double bed booked online, truly enjoyed that.

This place is excellent little and incredibly beautiful because of the incredible location and city views. The breakfast was delicious and sensational, nice to have croissants and slices of fresh bread. A train station is close to the property.

Very comfy bed in triple room with a mini bar, central heating, and an iron. Warm drinks and croissants and bread. Excellent and EFFICIENT staff in both shift. Particularly good location in a good area, minutes from a basilica and a church.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location really close to trains, buses & sights to see, all the sites-Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and trevi fountains and surrounding areas. It also was very close to train station.

The units are brand-new, reasonably large with a balcony, thick blanket in the cupboard plus good WiFi. The staff has always been very helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. The breakfast had a lot of croissants and bread.

The accommodation was charming little with efficient staff. Variety of food at the breakfast, including croissants and fresh bread.

Location just off '' garden '', tourist sights and Termini train station and local metro stop. Croissants and bread served for breakfast.

I enjoyed this quirky and amazing place, stayed there for 5 nights. The standard twin room I got was included with a balcony, an even smaller double bed, as for instance. The hotel served bread and croissants for breakfast.

Unfortunately, the conditioner did not work.

My 2 nights in Rome were very comfortable. The staff served fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. The quadruple room was spotless and modest on the upper floors. The location was stunning, close to Esquiline Hill. You could walk to supermarkets and gift shops...

well priced and quaint place with amicable staff at the reception desk. marvellous and amazing location to an oval amphitheatre. plenty of food at breakfast, such as fresh bread and croissants.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

All the staff was welcoming, fixed my issues. The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of a public square.

And it was nestled minutes from a tube station. The staff was efficient and around most of the time. We spent 3 nights in triple room.
