Grand Hotel Colony

By and large, it was comfortable place for sightseeing in Rome, had much fun and met cooperative staff who told us to address her as "The Manager ". They offered fine and cosy rooms with the AC, wooden floors, as example. Remote location was a plus. We liked that the hotel was 29 minutes drive from the airport.

Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this eco-friendly hotel. The location for Rome was particularly good and fantastic, short walk to the subway, the Tiber river, and site seeing or city center.

Fairly clean and the staff was excellent. Spotless unit with the AC, comfy Bed and wooden floors. Excellent and great food for breakfast.

We have spent 2 days in king room with wooden floors, the bathroom plus Wi-Fi. The price was £ 202. The location was peaceful and convenient - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a very quiet area, close enough to the city centre, a bus stop nearby and public transport, costly taxi bills. Our room was good sized and functional equipped with the AC and wooden floors, paid £ 73. The location was ideal - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Disappointing aspect was really small bathroom.

No complaint, I had a nice stay and would love to stay here again. Everything was fairly clean and really good. I loved hotel's incredible location and excellent and cooperative staff. Ciampino airport was hardly 28 minutes away by car. The room I was given was spotlessly clean with a beautiful balcony and wooden floors plus comfy Bed. The food was fabulous and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. It's great base for visiting some must see attractions in Rome. Attentive and kind staff as one would expect. Our hotel is set in a remote location close enough to sightseeing and a bus stop nearby. Tor Di Quinto district deserves to be explored.
