Nicely decorated, exceptionally clean hotel, excellent value. Spotless and brand-new room, patient staff in the later shift. Peaceful and perfect location, free breakfast with meats, pastries, less vegan options.

Amazing views, free and very very good breakfast with meats cheeses hot food warm breads juices every kind of coffee, pastries plus yoghurt. Very comfy bed in the classic double room, plus a mini-bar, a high ceiling, and a hair dryer.

Large and updated unit with an electric kettle and fridges.

We spent 1 night in a nice size and well-kept classic double room with a balcony. The location was convenient so close to the sights in Rome.

Overall wonderful stay during this mini vacation. Fairly clean hotel in a really clean building so close to the centre and valican city and city center. Perfect location of the venue close to the major attractions.

The room was good looking and reasonably large with balcony, a massive 2 tiered terrace with beautiful views of Rome, a soft bed and the location was peaceful.

The unit we got was well-kept and brand-new with a soft bed, king size very comfortable bed and a balcony.

We were at the classic triple room, it had lovely view. The location offered was great close enough to town or Vatican and both the Centre of Rome and the Vatican City.

Had classic twin room with wake-up service available in it. Everything here was really good. I enjoyed the quiet location in the secure area.

The place was modern and had attentive staff in the later shift, loved the stay. The restaurant was really nice for lunch or dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. The views across the courtyard were beautiful.

The location was convenient and perfect, close to airport, convenient to go everywhere. And we were really close to the city center and Vatican, the closest train station and the bus stop.

Had really great stay for a 4 day Rome visit and the weather was warm. Location: the hotel was just next door to as many buses, trams and metro trains, the train station Appiano or Cipro metro station and Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. Kind staff and the breakfast was free with scrambled eggs and less vegan options, as example.

Offers particularly good and absolutely perfect location in a calm area. It has freshly cleaned rooms with nice bathroom, a balcony, beautiful views of Rome.

The setting was stunning, not far from City centre / Vatican, Termini and a bus stop. Trionfale district was worth visiting.

Everything was perfect, personnel was outstandingly accommodating and immensely pleasant. The breakfast had variety of appetising food and drinks. The location was absolutely perfect and beautiful, not far from a central square, and the vatican for example and tourist attractions. It also was in the citycentre.

I got lovely room with twin beds. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were very handy. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Cipro tube station.

I loved the time in this property. The hotel was beautifully designed and pleasant with competent employees with the service of the property and restaurant staff. My room was spotless and featured magnificent view. The breakfast was hearty and consisted of APPETISING meals.

charming place all in all, has awesome staff at reception desk. make sure to get classic double room with a soft bed, beautiful views of rome, a gorgeous bathroom. an electric kettle and fridges are a nice touch. besides, you can park your car on site.

the room was large. there were a couple of nice restaurants. in love with grand hotel tiberio.

We would definitely visit it again, when we stay in Rome. La Bottega del Pane was 5 mins walk away. Ciampino airport was hardly 30 minutes away by car: D
