Hassler Roma

Perfect service throughout. What a fantastically friendly and best staff. Marvellous location in Rome, just next door to the shopping area as well as the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.

The place was fairly clean and exquisite, it had especially helpful and caring staff from the doorman to reception and especially the concierge. The location was very special for Rome, not far from the Hassler in twenty years, and the major sights. Went to Brillo Restaurant for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the hotel.

It has especially helpful staff members from the doorman to reception and especially the concierge. The breakfasts are delicious and marvellous with an omelette and ample offerings, for example.

I liked the classic-style building and nicely decorated and new-fashioned room with nice bathroom. Could use a safe box, a minibar, and a work desk.

The location was great and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. We got a room with a bathtub.

The staff were not so friendly, didn't expect that coming.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this legendary traditional hotel. The bed was extremely comfy and all in all the room was well decorated and updated. It had central location close to a vibrant and elegant square. Furthermore, the area was shopping. The service was terrific and the food was outstanding!

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Rome. By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Rome, had much fun and met very kind and nice staff from the doorman to reception and especially the concierge. The location of the hotel was great - just a pleasant stroll away from Church of Saint Louis the French.

The stay was really enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Had good sleep at the classic queen room with the view. The service was good, no reason to complain.

I had lovely 1-night stay here! The room was modern and full-size, no complains at all. It was not far from Hassler, Piazza del Popolo and all the main tourist sites and the very well know restaurant, particularly good location overall.

Newly decorated, huge unit with a large walking closet, a double basin plus bath. Good drinks at cigar bar, perfect service. Late check-out.

Breakfast was sensational, gorgeous views, great location just off the Imago as well as the Hassler in twenty years. The room was big with marble bathroom.
