The location is decent, and the staff is amiable. If you walk 15 minutes, you'll find Manzoni metro station. The units are individual, incredible with 3 beds. The hotel serves coffee, tea, cookies, and jam for breakfast.
The bathrooms are not very clean.

Really enjoyed my 3 nights stay. The location was central, perfect near to the centre of the town. The room was spacious and air conditioned and offered with beds put in, a private bathroom, as example. The staff were really helpful and top-class and knew their area.

My 1 night in Rome were comfortable! Hopefully the room was fine and light with bedrooms and kitchen. The location was unbeatable and the staff was super during the whole stay! Esquilino district was worth staying in.
