Had an amazing experience staying at the triple room. Included a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe, and the bed was lovely. Walk from a tube station, exactly what I wanted

Amicable staff, exceptional services, and incredible location right by touristy hop on hop off buses, Vatican museum and Near to restaurants. The beautiful and spotless room with modern facilities.

The hotel is clean, has views of the Vatican cathedral. It has to offer a tasty breakfast with pastries and bakery.

Spacious hotel with super and exceptional location really close to Very close to the Vatican museum, AD2015 Guest House and shops, restaurants and public transport. The rooms lovely, amazing with a good shower, comfortable bed, for example.

This was my very very good stay for Vatican City visit. Convenient location in a cafe nearby, flexible staff, everything was very comfortable.

Coffee/tea making facilities and a kettle in fairly quiet rooms were awesome.

The staff team was affable and fairly friendly. The breakfast had plenty of fab food and drinks.

The employees are nice and superfriendly. The room is spacious and perfect and includes a clean bathroom.

My room was well furnished and extremely pleasant and the view of the Vatican cathedral was incredibly beautiful.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a domestic area, really close to sightseeing in Rome and the train station and open top hop on/off stop. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was tasty with pastries.

Clean hotel, appreciated to be near easy to use local buses, taxis and touristy hop on hop off buses, Rome attractions and public transport thanks to great and stunning location. The rooms were both bright, spotless, complete with spacious bathroom and a stunning view. The breakfast with pastries and bakery was savoury and tasty, you'll find what you need.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The breakfast was tasty and you could choose from coffee and tea. The staff were all nice, which was unquestionably a plus.

That was little hotel set in local area, so close to the St Peter's Square, metro station and a decent supermarket, the Vatican City and metro line. Everyone from the staff was amiable and pretty friendly. The service was excellent, we felt welcome.

It had hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The breakfast was savoury with bakery and pastries, for example, so much to pick from.

The breakfast choice was fabulous with croissants, slices of fresh bread, cakes, and eggs. The stuff there where really kind and polite.

The room was spacious and perfect with bathroom and a stunning view plus comfortable bed and the breakfast was savoury. Having a hair dryer, soft bathrobes and shower caps was a bonus.

Clean place with DELIGHTFUL views and unbeatable and convenient location in the 'lobby' area. Very clean bed, spacious bathroom and central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk in the room. Plenty of good options for meal. Very good overall experience.

all in all everything was very comfortable, had a good stay for vatican city visit. everyone was friendly and accommodating as well as hostess.

Worth its 3 stars. The restaurant was located within 300 feet.

If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try Creperia Michelangelo, which is 100 ft away. We recommend the property to everyone as its location was fantastic. Near vatican museums

We found knick knack yoda to dine in 300 feet from the hotel. Location, easy walk to all attractions. We enjoyed the fact that we chose ad2015 guest house.
