Everyone was polite as well as host. The location was good and unbeatable, specially it was close to a subway station which was useful.

Very clean bed, the room was bright and spotless. The location was perfect and convenient and the public parking was nearby.

The staff - some of them were very unhelpful.

The staff has always been outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice, and the facilities were great. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

I had beautiful and bright room complete with BATHROOM as well as air condition. The staff were fantastic, everything was great.

The place was excellent, it worked for me. Everyone was very nice and the room was reasonably spacious.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Appreciated the economy double room I was given, it had a fridge, air conditioner, and an individual safe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a bidet worked well. The staff team was great at any time.

The hotel had an incredible location a short walk to Baths of Diocletian National Museum. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were great and kind.

I had outstanding, bright room complete with air condition, sofa, for example. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet was a bonus.

My room was clean with garden view and a king bedroom. The staff was great when needed. The location was great and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from a 5th-century church. The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a nice area. I had an excellent stay in a long time.

Stayed here with my children and everything was perfectly fine. Perfect and convenient location, Ciampino airport was 20 km away. This hotel was set in a calm area.

The hotel had perfect location near to all main transport links, and many attractions. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice all the time.

Really enjoyed my 4 nights stay. The staff were very-very nice, the room was extremely spacious. The good location close to a tube station was just what I needed. You can find Asian Delight close to the hotel to a have lunch. The restaurant was good and food was healthy. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Rome.

The hotel staff was not particularly helpful.

the location was marvellous, for example, a noisy square was within easy walking distance of the hotel. besides, we were very close to trevi and all city attractions.
