Booked a room with air condition. We were offered pastries and eggs in the morning.

Location: the hotel was near to many restaurants around, all the main sites, Colosseum, pantheon, and restaurant for that. Pastries and eggs were great. The services were excellent.

Fairly clean property with brilliantly friendly and excellent staff at the reception desk. Variety of food at breakfast, such as pastries and eggs. Quiet atmosphere and good and stunning location short walk to the cocktail bar, and public transport. And 10 mins walk to The Cavern Club.

I loved great pastries and eggs. Its location was amazing, just next door to everything, nice restaurants, shops, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and lots of other main attractions, major attractions and all the restaurants, boats, buses, and entertainment.

The breakfast included pastries and eggs.

Marvellous position along with wonderful stuff are the reasons we appreciated this fabulous hotel.

Superior designer property with extremely friendly and excellent staff at the reception desk. Beautifully maintained and lovely romantic room, clean bathroom with jacuzzi. Pastries and eggs served in the morning.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and brilliant, very close to the centre within 2 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna. The daily breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, a heated option like eggs and mushrooms.

The staff were not that friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Beautiful building, marvellous and wonderful location right by centre of Rome near Piazza Spagna, boats and a nearby cafe or restaurant. Also, on transport to the airport.

Marvellous position very close to the centre within 2 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna, in the great area. A good choice of food at breakfast like pastries and eggs.

Overall had fine stay for four nights in September. Liked the historic-style building and our brand-new room with a bath. Hotel's meals were fabulous, and we found Non Solo Bevi in the area:)))

No complaints whatsoever, extra special stay for four nights in September. Superior bedroom. Comfortable bed & absolutely incredible position next to Via dei Condotti e to Piazza di Spagna, the city center and cafes nearby. Besides, easy to get to Western Approaches Museum.

The provided service was very good. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The room was tidy and accommodating, it had a kitchen area and a safe box.

Everything was very good, unbeatable location close to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, great shopping, restaurants, and other fun places, the Spanish Steps Fontana de Trevi and Via del Corso, and vertical gardens, really really nice experience. The staff was so caring, and the rooms were brand-new and good quality. The breakfast had great choices and there were pastries and eggs.

Marvellous very central location and very good breakfast. For tea or coffee visit Caffe Greco nearby. So many fabulous options for breakfast, such as pastries and eggs.

You can have pastries and eggs for breakfast. The rooms are reasonably large in good condition and our experience is very nice. The location is very central. It's set in a busy area.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Their rooms are always unique and soundproof with a view of the Spanish Steps and good mattress plus the round bed. The hotel offers pastries and eggs for breakfast. The location in front of a subway station is great and amazing. 1 km away there is Pane e Salame, serving quick meals. We stay there regularly and would love to go back, everything was perfect.

So many choices for breakfast: pastries and eggs. Beautifully maintained and romantic room with big beds, a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a multi-channel television.

You guys made my stay special. I have stayed in family room for 4 nights, it was complete with a double bed as well as a large shower. The staff was top-class and so caring and created quiet atmosphere. The service was very good, the food was great.

Pastries and eggs was a bonus. The units were new-fashioned and the staff were consistently courteous and amazingly nice people at the reception desk. The location was marvellous for walking around a vibrant and elegant square. I thoroughly enjoyed a crowded area.

It was a fancy place, had excellent staff at the reception desk. The location was great and lovely, and we could reach a busy and fashionable street by walking. There was a small restaurant, shopping streets and retailers next door. The food we tried was fab and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

all in all, it's superior place that has very courteous and incredibly nice staff at the reception desk.

The staff were accommodating and pleasant in case of questions. The room I booked was new-fashioned and decent sized with an excellent bed, beautiful view on the Spanish Steps, for example. Pastries and eggs were fabulous and overall there was a great selection of food.

It had a wide array of meals for breakfast, including pastries and eggs.

A decent size and newly renovated unit with sofa and an excellent bathroom plus the round bed.

The rooms are a decent size with air conditioning. The staff has always been pretty friendly and accommodating. No complains at all, a really nice experience, would come here again.

What an unbeatable location on VIA FRATTINA another lovely shopping area! Based just off centre of Rome near Piazza Spagna as well as cruise port.

The hotel was brilliant with amazing views and a marvellous location in a quiet area. Exceptionally nice and magnificent rooms, quiet ambiance. Very very good breakfast with pastries and eggs available. Location next to centre of Rome near Piazza Spagna, other main attractions and a metro station and restaurants.

The location was GREAT, convenient to go everywhere. Ginger sapori e salute is within short walking distance to the hotel. In love with spagna royal suite. Our favorite venue in Rome, we do recommend it.
