The room was spacious and silent with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a soap and towels in the bathroom. Had great amenities. Very close to an underground station, the location was magnificent and beautiful, close to the station.

The hotel had a comfortable and very fantastic location easy to reach everything. What's more, it was just off the Termini Station and the city center. The triple room we were provided was brand-new. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

location: the hotel was right by the pub and train station and centre of town. i had some drinks at the bramble bar & kitchen, positioned 400 metres away.
The staff was not very helpful.

The room we had included complimentary Wi-Fi, sound-proofed windows, and a safe. All the staff was fairly friendly and we had an early check in.
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

I really enjoyed location which was comfortable and handy, so close to the city center, and public transport. It also was very close to the Termini Station.
