Everything was great, with really kind staff, met requirements. Overall it was clean and impressive exactly like in the pictures. The location walk from a subway station was marvellous. We didn't feel like leaving and would like to stay there on the next trip.

Everything was good, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only. The deluxe queen room was reasonably spacious, the bed was great. The personnel were amicable. Our hotel was in a good location, close to a tube station. Trionfale district was definitely worth visiting. Enjoyed the pleasant restaurant.
