Newly remodelled hotel and perfectly clean, sensational breakfasts, stunning location very close to two bus stops. Respectful staff, free wake up service and ironing available.

Recently refurbished venue, unbeatable location close to nice restaurants in the area, main attractions and the major sightseeing places, loved our stay. The service was incredible with parking on-site.

The location was incredible as it was close to a main station.

A nice size room facing city. Reasonably large private bathroom.

The staff were happy to help giving us information about places. Overall it was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with a view.

Hospitable and useful staff as one would expect.

Everything was really good, perfect location short walk to city centre, the Central train station and the Colosseum and a nice area, hospitable staff.

Wake-up service, available in my king room, was a nice bonus. The staff were happy to help and genuinely helpful and respectful.

The hotel was excellent modern and the staff were excellent. Everything was very good as expected, but the bathroom was a little small. There was a good choice of nice options for continental breakfast. The location was magnificent and lovely, in the heart of Rome, in the very quiet area. We had lunch in Nando's Manchester, located nearby.

I loved the elegant-style building, a nice size and well-appointed room with good facilities. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware worked well.

The hotel is wonderful little with FANTASTIC services and continental breakfasts. Very central location - walking distance to a basilica and a church.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

I had brand-new and charming little room with hypoallergenic pillows.

We stayed in a well furnished and brand-new room that had coffee, thoughtful tea making facilities, and air conditioning. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was fantastic.

The location was comfortable - ease of access to Esquiline Hill. The breakfast was excellent and with best crispy bacon; the staff were happy to help. All the staff was well-trained, solved my issues.

The hotel was unique and impeccably clean, overlooked city. Well-appointed room and nice beds. A very central location, walking distance to a basilica and a church. Located walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also set right next to a train station.

Excellent and stunning location in the very quite area and it was a bonus to be close to a main station. The restaurant was nice for evening meals, I tried hot dishes. The bed was great, my stay lasted for 6 nights.

The hotel was perfectly clean and the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect in central Rome. The staff were happy to help. The room was well-appointed with all usual facilities, a pretty view, for example as described.

The breakfast included coffee, fresh bread, cereals, pastries, and fruit for everyone. The staff were well-trained and the setting was perfect and quiet.

The hotel was in a central setting in a majestic old square. Moreover, it's near to termini station and main sights of Rome, all the major attractions and the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps.

Location: the hotel was right by the Central train station, the church Santa Maria Magore and attractions and good Trattorias.

The hotel is immaculately clean with respectful and excellent staff members. They have a nice restaurant for dinner, that was a definite bonus.

Its location at a walking distance from a vibrant and elegant square was unbeatable. Set in very quite area, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Rome, had much fun. The hotel has stunning and best possible location right by the church, the Vatican and the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps.

Planned to see Rome major attractions and it was comfortable place for visiting all of them. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The location was unbeatable, for example, an oval amphitheatre was within walking distance of the hotel. Also was close to restaurants and bars.

Rooms in Princeps Boutique were very clean. Rione Monti district was definitely worth visiting. The restaurant was good, and staff friendly! It deserves its 3 stars.

Nice base for discovering Rome. The breakfast had a huge variety of options: meats, bacon and scrambled eggs.

Hotel was placed adjacent to such tourist sites as coliseum. Great breakfast - 3 star level. Prati district definitely deserves exploring...
