A useful base for shopping. Very good customer service, including sensational and great breakfasts with 1 hot drink and a croissant, for instance. Magnificent, amazing location just next door to all the beautiful spots, a very good restaurant and the metro station and the park, excellent staff.

The breakfast was excellent and great and served in the cafe with lots of food. The staff were excellent all the time of my stay. The location was magnificent and wonderful, within a close distance from a noisy square.

The staff were very unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

The room was spotless and silent with great bathroom, we stayed here for 5 nights. The breakfast was great, with a lot of different options. The accommodation had a residential location close to park.

Some people working there were not always friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with large bathrooms. An electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe were a very nice touch. It had comfortable location, just next door to the metro station and a private taxi for 4am in the morning.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, relatively close to a vibrant and elegant square. The staff were amazingly nice in the entire hotel. Deluxe queen room I stayed at was spotless with large bathrooms.

The comfort queen room was well maintained and bright. Central location was a plus.

Comfortable accommodation with marvellous setting not far from many bars and restaurants as well as the best hotels in Rome, the main attractions, and Piazza Venezia. Exceptionally nice and courteous staff at all times. Great breakfast selection for all tastes with a croissant and 1 hot drink, for example. Very relaxing experience there.

The folks were very good and kind. Marvellous and awesome location, a tube station was close to the hotel. Also, the area was great.

All in all - had a lovely 4 night stay. The service was good, the food was fresh. Besides, we have parked nearby.

the triple room was big with very clean beds. had all necessary amenities, an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe. the location was best possible and brilliant, relatively close to a late medieval square.
