Every time in Rome, I choose this place. It is newly remodelled hotel with a view over courtyard.

There's bad smell in some areas.

the setting is amazing and marvellous, so close to restaurants. the rooms are modern and they have an electric kettle, air conditioning and a tv. the staff is amazing, as well as owner.

We stayed 1 night and it was a lovely fit. The room was clean and offered a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Need to add that street view was a good bonus. The location was absolutely perfect and wonderful, not very far from a large sunny square.

Appreciated the double room I was given. The location was good and great - walk from restaurants and cafes. Pantheon district was definitely worth visiting.
