Location: the hotel was next to a supermarket and laundromat, and termini. The room was brand-new and clean with smoke detectors for safety measures. The staff was kind and nice - I would come here again...

all in all, it was reasonable base for travelling to rome. the staff was kind, nice, and responded promptly to requests. it was about 20 km from the airport.
