The hotel's location was beautiful, close to everything with a supermarket and shops within walking distance. Spagna district was worth staying in.

The staff are IMMENSELY PLEASANT, the hotel is ideal and with marvellous location very close to the best shopping and sightseeing and the supermarket.

We got room with great decor and a fairly clean bathroom to relax. The staff that checked us in was competent and attentive.

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was not good.

The most important was the staff - immensely pleasant and exceptional people.

Can recommend this place and would definitely return. Intimate and unique hotel, the services were impeccable, perfect location in the roof garden overlooking the Spanish steps.

Variety of goodies for breakfast. Brand-new and beautifully maintained units with hot shower, Balcony over the steps, as for instance. Absolutely perfect and incredible setting in the secure area, near the roof garden, which was adjacent to the Spanish Steps, all tourist destinations and restaurants and the clock tower.

We liked rooms with the beautifu terrace facing the spanish steps. The location was great and amazing for trip in Rome. There was a nice restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door.

Have stayed here many times and would book again. The most important was the stuff - nice and welcoming people. It was new-fashioned, immaculate and with a balcony to take in the views.

The units were bright and the staff were extremely helpful people on the porter. Having a hair dryer, a bidet, and toiletries was a bonus.

The location was exceptional, a 10-15 minute walk from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. Plus, it was near all the major tourist attractions of Rome and the center of Rome. Was a brilliant base for trip.

Intimate hotel, great views and location is unbelievable close enough to a trolley, the Escalinata de Trinita Dei Monti, and historic landmarks. The units are new-fashioned, immaculate. The venue staff is nice and welcoming.

Our hotel is set in a central location not far from Spanish Steps, the main sights, and Colosseum. The deluxe king room overlooks inner courtyard and includes tea and coffee making facilities, and glassware.

We had 1 very nice days here, recommend the place. Loved this wonderful accommodation with competent staff on the porter.

everything is fairly clean and good. the suite is immaculate with wine as well as the balcony. all in all they offer excellent service.

We had a great time in this small hotel in Rome. The unit we got was cool with balcony, the beautifu terrace, for instance.

Everything was perfect, it had fast wifi, no complaints. Overall the staff was efficient. It had central location close to a narrow street.

The location is brilliant, 1 km from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. It's based in nice area, to many different sites in Rome...

Everything was excellent as always. Many thanks to receptionist! Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Ristorante Leonardo that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
