The total stay was very pleasant for service at front desk. The staff was very amiable and pretty friendly in any situation. The breakfast was wonderful and served in the restaurant with a good choice of food.

It was impeccably clean and the staff were pretty friendly, beds were extremely comfy. I was there for 1 night and ate at rooftop restaurant which has a nice ambience and good food. Enjoyed garden view. The location was wonderful, metres from Larger Gate.

Ideal and exceptionally clean place, everything was good. The breakfast served was enjoyable, everything you could wish for, with mainly sweet eateries. Particularly helpful staff at the reception desk, and the location was marvellous. The hotel was in a good area, just next door to the Colosseum or the main train station and which leads to the center of the city.

The location was particularly good and perfect, for example, Porta San Giovanni was at a medium distance from the hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable, with variety of meals.

The location was particularly good and fantastic, specially it was walk from the train station which was useful. Early check-in, the staff helped us with taxi.

The staff were particularly helpful and attentive and the location was amazing. I visited Forno Ciabattini, based a short walk from the hotel, had dinner there. It was large and silent room, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in Rome, had much fun and met highly efficient and attentive staff at the reception desk. The daily breakfast was enjoyable with mainly sweet eateries.

The location was fantastic, very close to the train station, the Termini station and Colosseum and the metro and hop on and drop off points. Spent a nice evening at Ginza, located a couple of blocks away from the venue. We had standard quadruple room on lower floors.

The time I spent there was perfect. The hotel staff was accommodating and amazing. The restaurant was good which has a nice ambience and good food here, I had amazing dishes. The location was handy, the room was silent and tidy. I loved it.

It has perfect, wonderful setting, adjacent to where there is a tram station and subway. Central district certainly deserves to be visited.

Actually everything was excellent. They gave a double room with an awesome view, a decent bathroom, an extra bed as we booked. Besides, the area was good, next to Larger Gate.
