Executive room was updated with exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was large, it was nice to have a bathtub.

We had the executive queen room which was spotless and carpeted with balcony. The staff was nice all that time. Its location in Rome was great and beautiful, next to vatican, main station, metro and bus station and the monuments like colosseum, fontana di trevi.

I stayed at the family room with backyard view. The breakfast was very good and outstanding with a wide range of excellent food.

The breakfast was delicious, such variety, with tasty Italian Espresso or Cappuccino and option to pay for extras.

Very impressed with executive room on level 5. Wonderful breakfast choice with excellent coffee, refused to eat plus omelette. Courteous, fast people working here.

Booked it for 4 days and had a very enjoyable experience. We had a safe and a terrace in the queen room. The breakfast was large with many options for food and meats, as example and very efficient stuff.

I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant for a handy dinner. It was facing the backyard. The staff were top-class and helpful, everything was absolutely great.

The venue is fairly clean, with good location not far from 20 minute walk to Colosseum, the important sites and the Roman ruins. The restaurant serves wonderful local food.

The breakfast is large and abundant, and the location is unbeatable adjacent to the Vatican, two metro stations and the Termini Station. The units are silent, decent sized with a large double bed, mini-bar, for example.

The place was fairly clean and staff were nice, I really enjoyed marvellous and lovely location. The room I booked was perfectly clean and carpeted with lovely sheets. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was refined throughout the hotel. Moreover, it was easy to park in the property.

The staff were COMPETENT, the breakfast was savoury and everything was very good. The guest room was impressive and neat. Terry dressing gowns and slippers were a plus. The service was very good with an early check-in. Had no problem using their private parking, the internet was free.

Everything was lovely, though we stayed for 2 nights only. In overall the room was silent and with a sofa and soft drink plus excellent facilities. The staff were efficient and thoughtful. The airport was 20 km away from here, best possible and brilliant location.

Location: the hotel was near the train station, 20 minute walk to Colosseum and all main attractions and walking distance from all the attractions. Fruit and meats served for breakfast were fabulous.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great hotel with the KIND staff. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Ristorante Cotto, set within 5 minutes walk or so. It offers affordable rates.

The rooms are big and the breakfast is good. All stuff members where friendly. Repubblica district is worth seeing. Moreover, we could park our car onsite.

Very good location for everything. We greatly enjoyed the food and staff.
