The First Arte - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

Had a real good stay for us for the 2nd cleaning and making our beds and the room ready for the night, glad I've chosen it. The location was unbeatable, relatively near a large urban square. It was located in a shopping area really close to great local restaurants, shopping as well as Via Del Corso, a perfect place for us.

Suitable for rest. Spotless place with good hot and delicious breakfasts.

The rooms were fairly quiet and inviting, had smoke detectors for safety. The location was very central, just off near Spanish step, a windowless restaurant and many cafes.

I booked prestige double room, it was perfect and complete with a jacuzzi, excellent WiFi, as for instance. The staff were lovely and fine too;))

The units are a decent size with balcony. The breakfast is nice hot and delicious at the roof top, has APPETISING food. The staff are amazingly nice and offer concierge service and wake up service free of charge.

Impeccable location to an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered suite with balcony.

Very central location, respectful employees that provide the highest level of service. 5 minutes walk from a metro station.

Beds were very hard.

Perfectly clean, trendy boutique hotel. Warm and delicious breakfast with a lovely view, excellent location. The rooms - tastefully decorated, decent sized with thoughtful touches and a large terrace plus the most comfortable bed. Exceptionally attentive staff throughout.

Reasonably spacious rooms were facing courtyard.

The prestige queen room was trendy, it included a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning and an individual safe. The courtyard view was absolutely gorgeous. The location was great for walking around Corso Street. Besides, we were near to the Michelin starred restaurant and all the major sights of Rome.

Perfectly clean and wonderful place and the breakfast was warm. The view was delightful, the service was good. Wonderful drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - within a close distance from a vibrant and elegant square. The area was shopping short walk to the centre of Old Rome, the Michelin starred restaurant, and the Piazza del Popolo.

Cosy base for rest in Rome. Neat new-fashioned rooms with amazing views, and an electronic key card, a work desk and tea/coffee making equipment. Magnificent, amazing location in the domestic area. A good choice of food in the hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant...

Very rude staff!

Chic property with excellent employees that provide the highest level of service. Fantastic food in the terrace for breakfast at the roof top. Incredible and wonderful location, within a close distance from a vibrant and elegant square. Also, in a sanctuary atmosphere even at the center of tourist spot.

The hotel offers good hot and delicious meal in the morning with amazing view. The location is very central.

Well-appointed unit with a coffee maker and glassware. Nice decor and large bathroom. Excellent service, elegant atmosphere.

Wonderful location and HELPFUL staff at least. Hotel's position a short walk to all places we wanted to see, like piazza del popolo. The rooms were beautiful, no complains at all. Nice breakfast, thanks a lot.
